STEP 2

Meet with Chef Rob Wall

Now the fun starts! You’ll meet with Chef Rob Wall to discuss your unique needs, allowing us to deliver a fully-customized dining experience.

STep 3

Receive Proposed Menu

Chef Rob will use his expertise to design a menu proposal that aligns with your vision, budget and dietary requirements.

STEP 4

Review Menu

Next, you’ll review the menu proposal which allows you to be in the driver’s seat as you make any additional requests or modifications to your menu items.

STEP 5

Pay Deposit

After you’ve settled on the menu items and delivery of service, you’ll pay a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to your scheduled service.
